A Poinsettia Cocktail for Christmas!
Make the Poinsettia cocktail from our book, Home Cocktail Bible, with us! This is the perfect drink to make if you want something festive for the holiday that uses minimal ingredients and only takes seconds to make!
What you need:
1/2 oz of Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz Cranberry Juice
Champagne to top
Whole cranberries and rosemary for garnish
Directions:
Add the cointreau and cranberry juice to in a chilled glass.
Stir to combine and add ice if you’d prefer*.
Top with champagne.
Garnish with cranberries and rosemary.
