Refund policy

🌸 We hope you LOVE your new Wish Gifts collections, but if not here's our return instructions 🌸

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to return by mail or in-store. Complete the return form included in your package and include the form when you ship back your return. After 10 days, your item(s) become a FINAL sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Issues and damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at wish@wishdenver.net if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned - jewelry, seasonal/holiday merchandise, personal care goods (such as beauty products), special orders, gift cards, food items, and sale items.  Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Feel free to email us if you have any questions at wish@wishdenver.net. 

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No cash refunds.

 

Shipping Address
All eligible purchases can be returned by any third-party shipping method of the customer's choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you insure and track your package.
