We’re thrilled to introduce coffee from The Farm’s Running Creek Coffee Co. in Elizabeth, Colorado, and even more excited to share the story behind it.
From Our Wish Family to Yours
If you’ve spent time in our stores, you’ve likely met Judi , a trusted leader and a familiar face to so many of you. What you may not know is that Judi and her husband Sean are also the owners of The Farm, where Running Creek Coffee Co. was born.
This event is especially meaningful to us because it celebrates Judi not just as part of the Wish family, but as a creative force beyond our walls. Building something beautiful, intentional, and deeply personal alongside Sean.
Ten Years of Artisan Roasting
The Farm’s Running Creek Coffee Co. has been roasting artisan, small-batch coffee for over 10 years, with their private label roast established in 2015. Every batch is roasted on-site at The Farm using professional roasting equipment, allowing for careful control, consistency, and exceptional flavor.
This is hands-on coffee making that’s thoughtful, precise, and rooted in craftsmanship. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just really good coffee, made with pride.
We’re proud to now bring their signature private label roast to Wish Gifts for the very first time.
A Place That Feels Like Magic
The Farm itself is classic Colorado: rolling green fields, wide-open skies, and moments that stop you in your tracks. One of our favorite images from the property captures a full rainbow stretching across the land - a quiet reminder that when patience, passion, and care come together, something special happens.
